This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all services provided under the PREDICT solution by SocioMedium Marketing.Pvt.Ltd By purchasing or onboarding for PREDICT, the client fully agrees to the terms outlined below.


1. Nature of Service (Important Clause)

PREDICT is a customized, strategy-driven marketing and business system, which includes (but is not limited to):

  • Market & business analysis

  • Strategy planning

  • Content & messaging framework

  • Funnel & CRM structuring

  • Lead nurturing sequences

  • Sales system alignment

  • Team & process setup

Since this is a bespoke service and not a ready-made digital product, refunds are limited and strictly governed.


2. Refund Eligibility Window (STRICT)

  • A refund request is eligible ONLY within the first 4 calendar days from the official project start date.

  • The project start date is defined as any of the following (whichever happens first):

    • Kick-off call conducted

    • Strategy discussion initiated

    • Access to internal systems/tools shared

    • Work initiated by the agency in any form

👉 After 4 days, NO REFUND REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED under any circumstances.


3. No Refund After Work Has Started

Once the project has started, no refunds will be provided for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Budget issues

  • Internal team delays

  • Client unavailability

  • Dissatisfaction due to expectations mismatch

  • Business performance, ROI, or lead quality

  • Personal or business emergencies

  • Decision to pause or shut down the business

⚠️ Marketing outcomes depend on multiple external factors and are not guaranteed, hence performance-based refunds are not applicable.


4. Non-Refundable Scenarios (Zero Exceptions)

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • 4 days have passed since project start

  • Client fails to provide required inputs, access, approvals, or data

  • Client delays communication or decision-making

  • Client does not follow recommended strategies or processes

  • Client hires another agency or internal team mid-project

  • Client violates agreed timelines or scope

  • Client faces internal operational or financial issues


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request project cancellation only within the first 4 days.

  • Any cancellation request after 4 days will not be accepted.

  • Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund once work has started.


6. Partial Refunds – Not Applicable

  • No partial refunds will be issued under any condition.

  • No refunds for unused services, unused days, or paused execution.

  • No refunds if the client exits mid-cycle or mid-phase.


7. Payment & Commitment Clause

  • All payments made toward PREDICT are considered commitment-based payments.

  • Once payment is made, resources, planning, and manpower are allocated immediately.

  • Hence, payments are non-recoverable after the refund window.


8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Any chargeback or payment dispute raised after agreeing to this policy will be treated as a breach of contract.

  • The agency reserves the right to:

    • Suspend all services immediately

    • Withhold all deliverables

    • Take legal or recovery action if required


9. Final Authority

  • SocioMedium Marketing.Pvt.Ltd holds the final authority to approve or reject any refund or cancellation request.

  • All decisions made by the agency in accordance with this policy shall be final and binding.


10. Policy Acceptance

By onboarding, paying, or continuing with the PREDICT solution, the client confirms that they have:
